Refund Policy

At aloha-collectionmall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your ALOHA Collection product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy as outlined below.
Return Eligibility: You may return any unused, unwashed, and undamaged product within a reasonable period of receiving your order. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact to be eligible for a refund.
Non-Eligible Returns: Products that are used, damaged, washed, or altered, or products without original packaging or tags, are not eligible for return or refund. Customized products are also non-returnable.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned product (to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the defect. We will arrange for a free return and issue a full refund or send a replacement product, at your option.
Sale Items: All sale items (including items purchased during the Summer Clearance Sale) are eligible for return and refund, subject to the same return eligibility criteria outlined above.
